Recommended especially for intensive pressure blasting, this solution is suitable for continuous operation and designed for all kinds of abrasive media. 

DS 600Z allows for efficient media separation, easily removing dust and other contaminants. Cleaned blasting media then returns to the cabinet for reblasting.

Closed-cycle blasting and with the use of clean blasting media, helps to achieve better and more consistent results.

In addition, the separator is equipped with an in-built strainer, which sifts debris (e.g. chips of glass or metal from the sanblasted object) from the media.

DS 600Z is designed for the use with high-pressure containers.

Cyclone diameter in standard version is Ø 500 mm.

The diameter is subject to customization, if a different size is requested by the Client. In such a case, final dimensions of the machine and its price are determined in the order.
