GLASS 1500/2000 is a modern and fully automated sandblaster for quick and convenient sandblasting of both big glass surfaces and precise or complex patterns on smaller objects. The injection sandblasting cabinet is connected to the closed-circuit passageway conveying the blasting media. The cabinet requires an additional dust collector / dedusting unit. 

The main features of Glass 1500/2000 cabinet sandblaster are:

• fully automatic operation based on:
  - conveyor belt that brings glass into the cabinet, manufactured by BRECO ZAHNRIEMEN
  - SIEMENS S-7 modular controller
  - LENZE gear motor
• LCD SIEMENS touch control panel
• solid and durable sheet metal design (2 and 3 mm thick, welded, no rivets)
• powder coating (hammer effect)
• easy sandblasting of large glass panes – the blast cabinet has opening on three sides and very stable frame,
• opening front door

Standard equipment & controls:

• sandblasting head with three optional nozzles of boron carbide
• additional gun for cleaning sandblasted objects
• abrasion-resistant sandblasting hoses
• Japanese pneumatic control valves (manufactured by CKD)
• end brushes preventing the blasting media and dust from issuing from the cabinet during the blasting process
• pneumatic airflow system, with 4 nozzles mounted above the conveyor belt (preventing the blasting media and dust from issuing from the cabinet)
• additional features allowing to stabilize the sandblaster: regulated legs to level rough flooring, anti-slip pad and an optional anchoring to the floor
• overhead lighting (double fluorescent lamp)
• available controls: power control, breakdown mode, pressure indicator
• regulation: regulated speed at which the glass is carried (in both directions), regulated working pressure
• operator has access to fully automated sandblasting programs (e.g. sandblasting of small glass objects)
• double front window (2 glass panes; outer pane protected with ClearShield® non-stick technology and standard inner pane)
